SUCCESS TIP: If your bread machine has a 2-pound vertical pan, the loaf will be short but still will have good texture and flavor. If your bread machine has a horizontal pan, however, there isn't enough dough to make a good loaf of baked bread.
SUCCESS TIP: If your bread machine doesn't have a Raisin/Nut signal, add the cranberries 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends. Check your bread machine's use-and-care book to find out how long the last cycle runs.
TRY THIS: You can use raisins if you don't have dried cranberries handy. Actually, any dried berry will do-you also may want to try dried cherries or blueberries. For a triple-berry treat, mix cranberries, cherries and blueberries together, and use the same amount as if you were using just the cranberries.
SANDWICH BOARD: Spread slices of this cranberry-studded bread with cranberry relish. Stack on slices of cold turkey and Swiss cheese, and top with your favorite kind of lettuce or sprouts and gobble it up!
