Pack up your favorite sandwich and this coleslaw and head out to the park or the beach. Since it's made without any mayonnaise, this version is perfect for the great outdoors!
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peach or apricot spreadable fruit preserves
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mixture
2 green onions, sliced
1 medium carrot, shredded (2/3 cup)
Mix honey, spreadable fruit and vinegar in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss.
