Powerful Peanut Butter Sandwiches

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
4 bagels, split, or 8 slices whole wheat bread
1. In small container, combine all ingredients except bagels; mix well.
2. Spread mixture on 4 bagel halves or bread slices; top with remaining bagel halves or bread slices.
