Cheese and Veggie Wraps |

Prep Time: 15 minutes - Yield: 4 wraps
4 (7 or 8 inch) whole wheat or flour tortillas
2 tablespoons purchased sandwich spread
4 slices (1-ounce) hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices (1-ounce) cheddar cheese
1 small cucumber, very thinly sliced
1 small red or green bell peppers, seeded, very thinly sliced
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1. Spread each tortilla with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the sandwich spread to within 1 inch of edges.
2. Top with cheeses, cucumber, bell pepper and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up each tortilla.
