2 1/2 pounds ground turkey
6 ounces bread crumbs
1 pound duxelles, cooked dry, cooled
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (chives, oregano, basil, and roemary)
Salt to taste
12 slices American cheese
10 hamburger buns
1. Mix turkey with bread crumbs, duxelles, herbs and salt.
2. Pre-heat for 10 minutes of 350*F (175*C)
3. Before serving, top turkey burger with American cheese and return to oven to melt.
4. Serve on buns.
