1 can chunk breast of chicken
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces chopped black olives
Salsa to taste
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 medium chopped tomato
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups tortilla chips
1. Wash hands
2. Drain chicken, place in microwave safe bowl
3. Add cheese and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (stir)
4. Crush tortilla chips and place on plate
5. Top with chopped lettuce, olives and tomatoes
6. Top with warm chicken from microwave
7. Add as much salsa as you like. Top with sour cream.
