1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat; add oil. When oil is hot add chicken; sauté until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken to cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Toss lettuce and tomato halves with dressing; divide equally among salad plates.
4. Once chicken has cooled slightly, cut into thin slices and arrange on salad. Garnish with croutons and parmesan cheese from packet and serve.
