Meatloaf

Ingredients

5 3/4 pounds ground veal or pork
10 ounces chopped onions
5 cups ketchup
7 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 1/2 tablespoons parsley
5 eggs
3 tablespoons salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, best if mixed by hand.
2. Divide mixture into small portions ranging 1-2 lbs each.
3. Shape into loaves, place on baker's cookie sheet, and leave uncovered.
4. Bake at 450 degrees F, 30-40 minutes
