1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Stir in water. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pasta; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
3. Add spaghetti sauce and ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese; cover. Cook 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
