10 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
10 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1. Cook hash browns according to package.
2. Make 10 evenly spaced nests in the hash browns with a spoon.
3. Break an egg into each nest.
4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked
5. Sprinkle with cheese and cook covered until the cheese is melted. Season to taste.
