1 head lettuce, shredded
1 cup chopped celery
1 red onion
1 cup chopped green peppers
6 ounces peas . drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup bacon bits
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1. Layer lettuce, celery, green pepper, peas, cheese, and bacon in 9"x13" pan or a large salad bowl. .
2. Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with sugar.
3. May garnish with cheese and bacon.
4. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
