Serve these sandwiches with baked beans and coleslaw and you can have a down-home "barbecue" any time of year!
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
6 ounces thinly sliced cooked roast beef or pork
2 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split and toasted
1. Mix ketchup, orange marmalade and chili powder in 1-quart saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in roast beef. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fill rolls with beef mixture.
