Serves: 2 Print this RecipePrep: 5 min Broil: 5 min With Gorgonzola cheese, the saying "a little goes a long way" is especially apt! It's a strong but delicious creamy blue cheese. 2 slices French or Italian breads, each 1-inch thick 2 tablespoons applesauce 1 medium apple, cored and cut into rings 2 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software.
