This light and fruity salad tastes best in summer when peaches or nectarines are at their peak. Serve it on lettuce leaves for salad or stuff it into a pita half for a terrific sandwich.

1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
2/3 cup seedless green grape
1 large peaches, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 medium stalk celery, diced (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until chilled.
