Broccoli slaw is made of julienned strips of fresh broccoli stalks mixed with shredded red cabbage and carrot. Look for it near the coleslaw mix in the produce section.
1 (8-ounce) package ready-to-serve Italian pizza shells (6 inch in diameter)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green or red bell peppers
1 cup shredded Italian-style four-cheese or mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease cookie sheet.
2. Place pizza crusts on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top with broccoli slaw, mushrooms and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese
is melted.
