5 cups strawberries
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
2 cups whipped cream
Mix strawberries together in blender; set aside. Soften gelatin with water in top of a double boiler; heat over hot water until dissolved. Add to strawberries; stir. Whip cream and fold in when mixture begins to thicken. Pour into an oiled mold; chill several hours.
