1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon grated orange rinds
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 cups whipped topping
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, orange rind, and cranberry juice; chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Serve in dessert dishes.
