1 cup red raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons plain gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
2 egg whites
Dash salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Whipped cream
Whole raspberries
Wash and drain red raspberries. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Soften plain gelatin in cold water. Set gelatin bowl in hot water and stir until dissolved; then add to raspberries. Beat eggs, salt, and sugar until stiff. Add to raspberry mixture. Place in sherbet dishes. Serve with whipped cream and whole raspberries.
