2 (3-ounce) packages orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
Dissolve orange jello in boiling water. Add cold water and orange juice. Chill until mixture thickens; add pineapple, marshmallows, bananas, and pecans. Mix pineapple juice, flour, egg, and sugar; cook until thick. Whip cream until stiff; add to pineapple juice mixture; reserve 1 cup; fold the rest into gelatin mixture. Pour into mold and chill overnight. Unmold and serve with reserved topping.
