Serves: 4 Print this Recipe1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 cup whipping cream 2 egg whites Soften gelatin and water in top of a double boiler; dissolve over hot water; cool. Mix with peaches and powdered sugar. Whip cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in with whipped cream. Pour into an oiled mold and chill until set. This recipe comes from the Cook'n collection.
