_ envelopes unsweetened strawberry Kool-Aid
_ cups splenda
_ quarts cold water
_ (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
_ liter ginger ale, chilled
_-2 quarts orange or raspberry sherbet
1. In large pitcher, mix Kool-Aid with sugar and water according to package directions. Stir in orange juice concentrate.
2. Just before serving add the ginger ale. Scoop sherbet into glasses. Pour Kool-Aid mixture over sherbet. Makes 32-1 cup servings or 2 gallons.
