2 medium oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup red onions, or white, chopped
1 medium jalapeno chiles, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
