_ medium oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
___ cup red onions, or white, chopped
_ medium jalapeno chiles, seeded and finely chopped
___ cup chopped fresh cilantro
_ to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
_ tablespoons vegetable oil or olive
___ teaspoon salt
___ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
