Grilled Turkey Burgers |

There’s nothing like a juicy, sizzling burger hot off the grill. Serve with potato salad and grilled corn on the cob for a great summer meal.
1 pound ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Heat coals or gas grill. Mix turkey, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center. Mix mustard and horseradish sauce. Serve burgers on buns with mustard mixture.
