Grilled Swordfish With Rosemary


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 scallion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
4 swordfish steaks (3 to 4-oz each)

Directions:

1. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the swordfish steaks. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Remove steaks from marinade, and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing with marinade. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
