Flounder Parmesan

Ingredients

1 pound flounder filet
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons finely minced parsley
Fresh ground pepper
8 ounces low-fat sour cream

Directions:

1. Place fish fillets in a baking dish.

2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375°F. Transfer to a platter and serve.
