Crabmeat Stuffing

Ingredients

1/4 cup low-calorie margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds crabmeat, flaked
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced parsley
dash salt
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

1. Melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium heat add flour and whisk until smooth.

2. Add the milk continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened.

3. Add remaining ingredients mix thoroughly. Continue to cook until crabmeat is heated through.
