Because shark has flavor by itself, this recipe just brings out the natural flavor without a lot of complicated ingredients.
1 pound shark fillets
3 tablespoons fesh lime juice
Fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic minced
1. Wash the shark fillets and combine with the lime juice. Sprinkle with pepper. Marinate refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Combine oil, mint, cilantro, and garlic. Brush fillets with mixture. Grill over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a platter and serve.
