	Favorite Deviled Eggs

Serves: 12

Yield: about 2 dozen balls

Sue Crabtree, Bentonville, Arkansas

   6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
   1 teaspoon minced onions
   3 bacon strips, fried and crumbled
   1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
   1/2 teaspoon pepper
   1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
   1/4 cup mayonnaise
   1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

In a bowl, mix together first seven ingredients until creamy. Form into 1-in. balls. Roll in cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
