1 clove garlic crushed
2 onions thinly sliced
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup vermouth
1 1/2 cups beef broth
Roast beef Cooked, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Heat margarine in skillet and sauté garlic for 2 minutes; discard. Lightly sauté onions; sprinkle with flour, stirring until light brown. Add vermouth and broth; simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Add beef and paprika. Simmer just long enough to heat meat through, about 3 minutes. Just before serving, add wine vinegar.
