Baked Beans With Frankfurters |

4 slices bacon cut in 1/2 -inch pieces
1/3 cup onions minced
1/3 cup celery minced
1 21-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Salt to taste
8 hot dogs all-meat sliced in half lengthwise, then crosswise

Sauté bacon in a skillet. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring, until limp. Stir in beans, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add frankfurters and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
