3 squash acorn, halved lengthwise
2 cups ground ham coarsely
1/2 cup celery minced
1 apple pared, cored, and finely chopped
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise real
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375° F. Remove seeds and membrane from squash. Place cut side down on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Divide and place filling in squash halves and return to oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
