Raw Apple Cake

   2 eggs
   4 cups diced apples
   1/2 cup oil
   2 cups sugar
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   2 teaspoons baking soda
   2 teaspoons cinnamon
   2 teaspoons vanilla extract
   2 cups flour
   2 cups nuts
   4 tablespoons butter
   8 ounces cream cheese
   2 teaspoons vanilla extract
   1 1/2 cups powdered sugar


Combine first 10 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Cool. To prepare frosting, cream together last 4 ingredients. Frost cake after it has cooled.
