   2 large apples grated
   1/2 cup butter
   3/4 cup brown sugar
   2 eggs
   1/2 cup sour cream
   1/2 cup milk
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   2 cups flour
   1 teaspoon baking soda
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1 cup butterscotch chips

Cream together butter and sugar; blend in eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and blend into creamed mixture. Add grated apples and butterscotch chips. Spread batter into a buttered 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares.
