* "The egg will continue to cook after it is removed from the microwave oven. That's why you need to let it stand when it first comes out." 1. Lightly coat the inside of a 1-cup microwavable bowl with softened butter or margarine or non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place in bowl 1 large egg and 1 tablespoon milk. Beat well with a fork. 3. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for about 25 seconds or until beginning to set around the edges. Stir with a fork and move the cooked parts into the center. 4. Microwave at 100% power 20 to 30 seconds longer or until almost set but still moist. Remove from microwave oven. 5. Place directly on a wooden board or heatproof surface. Stir. Lay a piece of waxed paper over the top. Wait for 1 to 2 minutes or until egg is done the way you like it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir before serving.
