1 1/2 pounds green beans
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vinegar
2/3 cup sour cream
Cook green beans until tender. In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and break into pieces. In same skillet (in bacon grease) cook onion until tender. Add flour and vinegar. Stir in liquid from beans; stir constantly. Add beans, bacon and sour cream.
