2 cups corn
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup light cream
Corn can be grated from 7-8 ears of corn. Place corn in casserole dish. Beat eggs well; add sugar, nutmeg, salt, pepper, milk, and light cream. Pour over corn; mix well. Set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
