1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
Hot cooking oil
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix together eggs, milk, and corn; add to flour mixture. Beat quickly and drop by spoonfuls into 360°F hot cooking oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Tomato Sauce.
