3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 egg
Bermuda onion
Hot oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Make batter by mixing flour, salt, milk, salad oil, and egg. Slice and separate Bermuda onions into rings. Dip rings into batter and fry in deep in hot oil at 375°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with salt.
