Serves: 6 Print this Recipe4 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 cups cooked, mashed carrots 2 egg yolk slightly beaten 3 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 cup dry bread crumbs Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software.
