Serves: 2 Print this Recipe(Plátano Colada) Category: Mixed Alcoholic Drinks and Cocktails Mexican beach resorts are the most likely places to find fancy tropical drinks like this twist on the popular Piña Colada. 10 ice cubes 1 1/2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks 4 ounces canned sweet cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez 1/2 cup pineapple juice 4 ounces dark rum 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 sprigs mint leaves Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software.
