1 pint strawberries fresh, rinsed, hulled and sliced*
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 Dessert Crepes (see above)
1/2 cup whipped cream whipped, or 1 cup dairy sour cream

In a small bowl stir together strawberries and brown sugar; let stand until brown sugar dissolves.
Place crepes on individual dessert plates. Spoon strawberries on crepes. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream or sour cream; fold over. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with remaining whipped cream or sour cream.
* Two medium bananas, sliced, can be used in place of the strawberries.
