4 oranges peeled and sectioned
4 scoops vanilla extract or almond crunch ice cream
1/2 cup whipped cream whipped
2 tablespoons semi-sweet baking chocolate grated
4 red maraschino cherries


Arrange pineapple rings on individual serving plates with orange sections in flower pattern on top. Place a scoop of ice cream in the center of each serving top with whipped cream, a sprinkling of chocolate and a cherry.
