Peach Filling

Serves: 4
Total Calories: 200


3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground or cinnamon
pinch salt
5 cups peaches peeled, pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons butter real


In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg or cinnamon and salt stir in peaches. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and peaches are almost tender, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in butter.
