Marjoram Boiled Potatoes

12 russet potatoes small, peeled and quartered
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon marjoram dried, finely crushed


Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and return pan to low heat, shaking to dry the potatoes. Add butter or margarine, salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss with the crushed marjoram until well coated.
