1 1-pound can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 cup crackers crumbs
3 tablespoons pimiento canned, chopped
2 tablespoons onions chopped
2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper
1/2 cup crackers crumbs
Mix corn, milk and egg. Add 1 cup cracker crumbs, pimiento, onion, green pepper, salt and dash of pepper. Pour into greased 1 1/2 -quart baking dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs and bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
