Cherry Filling

Serves: 4
Total Calories: 250


1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 (16-ounce) cans sour cherries pitted, undrained
2 tablespoons butter real


In a medium saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch stir in cherries. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and clears, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in butter.
