2 10 1/2-ounce packages spinach thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix dried
1/3 cup crackers crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 350° F. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, pressing all moisture from spinach. Add sour cream and soup mix to spinach, stirring well. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 -quart baking dish; sprinkle with cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter ormargarine. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
