2-Pound Recipe
___ cup water
___ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
_ eggs (see Success Tip)
_ cups bread flour
___ teaspoon grated orange peel
___ cup sugar
_ tablespoons dry milk powder
_ tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
_ 1/2 teaspoons salt
_ 1/2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Orange Glaze
___ cup powdered sugar
___ teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
_ teaspoon to 2 teaspoons orange juice
Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except Orange Glaze in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack. Drizzle with Orange Glaze.
For Orange Glaze:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.

SUCCESS TIP: We found from our testing that for good texture and volume, slightly less yeast is needed in the 2-pound loaf than is needed in the 1 ½-pound loaf.
SUCCESS TIP: Dividing a raw egg in half isn't easy! To do it, slightly beat the egg with a fork or wire whisk just until it is mixed. Then measure 2 tablespoons of the beat egg, which is equal to half a large egg.
