Poland and Italy have at least a few things in common: a love of food, a bounty of descendants in the United States and now Norma Eckhoff's Polish Pizza. "All of my grandparents were from Poland," says Norma. "We still practice many Polish customs, especially those pertaining to food." Norma was a volunteer for a group that taught English to newcomers to America. "It felt wonderful to be able to 'return the favor' that was done for my grandparents so many years ago."
