Kentucky Chili |

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (32-ounce) cans tomato juice
1 cup water
1 (15-ounce) can chili beans, undrained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain and set aside. In a large kettle, combine the tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in beef mixture; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and stir into chili.
